Totango is a Customer Success platform, helping cpmpanies understand the health of their entire
customer portfolio. I joined Totango as a full time product manager back in 2014.
We started by coming up with a proprietary health score, applicable to any customer segment.
Then we provided tools and automated programs to different stake holders in the organization.
